GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have developed a Guest Code of Conduct to keep all our guests and staff safe and healthy. Our guests and staff are vital in making sure the Museum is a safe and healthy destination for everyone to visit. As always, we appreciate your support and dedication in helping us continue to provide a place where imagination and innovation are celebrated.

• If you or your child are feeling sick or have a fever, please do not enter. We hope you will visit on another day when you are well. View our full sick policy here.
• Wash your hands and/or visit our hand sanitizing and hand washing stations before you enter and frequently throughout your visit.
• Please maintain a physical distance of 6ft from staff members and guests who are not with your group.
• Per the State of Louisiana’s guidelines, reinforced by local guidelines, all guests 8 years old and older will be required to wear a mask during your visit.
• Family units will be issued a backpack with one-time use items that can be used during your visit to the Museum. Please be mindful of your items during your visit and, to the best of your ability, keep those items separate from other families that may be visiting during the same time. Issued backpacks and items must be returned at the conclusion of your visit for sanitation.
• Please adhere to the facilitated, timed gallery movements and gallery closures.
• Please wipe your feet on the rugs as you enter the building.
• Please arrive 20 minutes before your timed admission begins to allow enough time for the check-in process.
